FINNISH RINGETTE ASSOCIATION
Through our whole history, Ringette Walapais has been a member in the finnish Ringette Association and as a member influenced in the operation of the association.
HELSINGESÄÄTIÖ
Helsingestiftelse has been a long-term partner for us. Foundation has a vital role in enabling our ringette club to offer sport opportunities for children.
For the Season 2022-2023 they are the Main Partner of our childrens’ skating schools operating in Myyrmäki and in Tikkurila.
CITY OF VANTAA
City of Vantaa supports local and regional sports clubs financially. This co-operation has always had a major role in enabling our club to operate financially.
MINIMUM AGENT OY
Minimum Agent Oy is a company specialized in circulation-, material handling- and dismantling services. With the help of Minimum Agent Oy Walapais's loan gear pool has been expanded with goalie gear. Thus new players can try their potential player careers also as goalies. Sustainability is an important shared value both for Minimum Agent Oy and for Walapais.
VALIO ACADEMY
Valio Akatemia® is actively supporting both recreational and performance sports and welfare of children and youth. Valio Academy does that by granting scholarships and by promoting healthy lifestyle. Ringette Walapais is one of the scholars of Valio Academy.
MINISTRY OF EDUCATION AND CULTURE
For the Season 2019-2020 we have received financial support from MOEC to initiate Skating School for teenagers / for 10-16 year old girls.
SPORT FEDERATION OF SOUTHERN FINLAND, ESLU
Sports Federation of Southern Finland, ESLU, is a versatile contributor to sports and sports club activity and a coordinator of cooperation. ESLU develops its action by the needs of the area by operating as an organization of promotion of interests, cooperation, development, and service.
The operation’s essential focus is supporting and strengthening the vitality of sports club and civic action. The goal is to enhance the success requirements of sports clubs and other local sports operators.
Walapais personnel is entitled to receive a ESLU’s member club discount from all the lectures and seminars of club operations. Read more from ESLU event calendar.
SPORT ASSOCIATION OF VANTAA
Ringette Walapais is a member in the Sport Association of Vantaa. Sport Association of Vantaa acts as an expert coordinator between the city and the sport clubs. Simultaneously it acts as an local recreational and performance sport co-ordination organization and promotes the interests of the sport clubs.
Sport Association produces services for the clubs, for the city and for the people living in the munincipality. Additionally the association takes part in different co-operation and development projects.
RINGETTE CANADA
Along the past decades, Ringette Walapais has had good co-operation over the continents and over the Atlantic Ocean with Ringette Association of Canada. This has resulted in some teams visiting the birth country of the sport.
CIRCULATION
Circulation Oy is a company providing recycling and enviromental services and located in Vantaa. Circulation Oy enabled us to found a equipment borrowery in the fall of 2021. With these borrowed ringette equipments, it is easier for junior players to enter junior squads. By recycling gear we also support sustainability, which is important both for Circulation and to Walapais.
