RINGETTE WALAPAIS

Ringette Walapais is one of the oldest Ringette Clubs in Finland. We are still active and continue to develop our club.

Since the year 1981, we’ve been teaching skating on ice and we’ve been enabling and created opportunities for girls and women to play ringette in Vantaa area. All this time we have also been a member of the Finnish Ringette Association.

OVER 40 YEARS OF RINGETTE IN VANTAA

In the year 2021 Ringette Walapais turned already 40 years a sports club. We celebrated our 40th anniversary mainly by doing.

We published a digital gallery of Walapais, which can be seen on this website under Gallery. We were more active than ever in content creation, we designed a custom anniversary ringette stick in co-design competition with our juniors and we arranged a 2-day 41st anniversary tournament in the Fall of 2022.
